Is the invoice generator completely free?
Yes. Creating and downloading invoices is 100% free with no watermarks on the output, no sign-up and no daily limits.
Which currencies are supported?
Over 85 global currencies are available โ including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR, AED, SAR, NGN, BRL, ZAR and many more. The currency selector shows the ISO code, name and symbol.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo and it will appear in the invoice header. The Modern template shows it in the colored header bar; Classic and Minimal show it above the company name.
How are taxes calculated?
Tax is applied per line item. Set a percentage (e.g. 10 for 10% GST/VAT) on each item and the invoice automatically totals the tax. You can also apply a global discount (percent or flat) and a shipping charge.
Can I save an invoice and reuse it?
The form auto-fills today's date and increments the invoice number when you click +1. Refresh the page to start a new invoice, or use your browser's back button to return to a previous session.
What page sizes are available?
A4 (international standard, 210ร297 mm) and US Letter (8.5ร11 in). The live preview updates to the chosen size.
Are my files private?
Completely. All invoice generation happens in your browser using WebAssembly (pdf-lib). Nothing is uploaded to any server.
